Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 15 maintenance technicians across three shifts in a dynamic food production setting.

  • Ensure a safe workplace while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical challenges to maintain production flow.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a degree or certifications in Maintenance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance, ideally within the food sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures, with the ability to impart this knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food production, consumer goods, high-speed packaging, or similar manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and various food processing equipment is advantageous.
