Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, cooking methods, and food safety practices

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet customer demand efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
