ResponsibilitiesStrategic sourcing and vendor management
Lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives, following a standard strategic sourcing methodology
Identify key business partners and lead cross functional teams to develop strategies
Provide rigorous analysis of spend data and industry dynamics to prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives
Gather stakeholder and subject-matter insights/business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
Identify process opportunities to increase efficiencies
Manage the planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs
Lead supplier negotiations
Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis / requirements for informed supplier decisions
Contribute to implementation planning and change management initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors required in Business, or Supply Chain, MBA preferred
6 years of sourcing experience
Facilities knowledge with focus on management
Experience leading renewal and contract negotiations
