Job Overview:

Join our growing Customer Success team at Lexia Learning. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the provision of educator professional learning and implementation support services within a designated geographic area.


Location:

These roles are specific to particular states or regions. If you don't see any immediate openings in your area, express your interest here. Although these positions are remote, occasional onsite visits may be required as per customer requests. Ready to travel up to 30% within the state and some out-of-state travel.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, deliver, and monitor implementation and professional learning services for a broad K-12 customer base in your assigned region to meet retention and expansion objectives
  • Create tailored implementation plans in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Offer guidance to district and school leaders, aligning resources with local standards and staff requirements
  • Analyze usage and account data to assess implementation progress and address customer needs
  • Proactively identify and address implementation gaps
  • Have a deep understanding of our programs, services, and internal processes

What we typically seek:
  • Experience supporting large district accounts with a focus on professional learning, customer services, and implementation partnerships
  • Background in elementary or secondary teaching/administration, especially in literacy
  • Expertise in providing professional learning for K-12 educators and administrators
  • Familiarity with data-driven instruction and blended learning approaches
  • Ability to motivate others into action, whether in leadership, fundraising, or public service
  • Proficiency in technology with a knack for adopting new technologies and delivering solutions
