POSITION SUMMARY
Q2 Impact seeks an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join their Contracts Department. The role involves supporting corporate, program, and project management teams in various contractual and compliance aspects of USG projects.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer U.S. Government Contracts and Cooperative Agreements
  • Develop project management processes for contract management
  • Lead corporate procurement and compliance operations
  • Analyze contractual requirements and ensure compliance
  • Prepare subcontracts, grants, agreements, and vendor purchase orders
  • Support business development and manage procurement mechanisms
  • Develop compliance-related guidance documents and training materials
  • Provide expertise in federal government contract administration
  • Review contracts, develop tools, and assist in training
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience. Proficiency in managing various contract types, interpreting USAID regulations, and full cycle contract management is required. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is a must.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with USG agencies, advanced degree, and relevant certifications.


NCMA:
CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM certifications. Operational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Lifecycle and experience in governmentwide contract vehicles.
