About the Role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our Arlington VA & Beavercreek OH offices. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills & experience supporting the Leidos Innovation Center (LInC) Business Area under the Office of Technology.

The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and support all contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and evaluation of major proposals, monitoring major contracts, and be a critical asset in key negotiations.
  • Resolve performance issues, identify risks & propose mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with Leidos policies, and develop excellent customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with programs, contracts, finance, project control, and responsiveness to customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant contract management experience OR master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Prior experience working with the IC community is preferred.
