Job Summary:

  • Process new and used vehicles for registration
  • Prepare tax and title documents
  • Submit legal transfer work to DMV

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $24 - $28 per hour DOE

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of DMV Title work experience required, 5 years preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Highly organized with a willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literate with strong writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to multitask and provide quality customer service
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities include:

  • Vehicle inventory entry into DMS

DMV processing:

  • Processes DMV transactions for retail, wholesale, in-state, and out-of-state
  • Communicate with customers and lenders on title status
  • Manage DMV permits and temporary permits
  • Other administrative duties as needed
