  • Is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
  • Implements all aspects of internal and external change process as required
  • Acts as co-chair superintendent in weekly foreman meetings
  • Reviews project documents and maintains adherence to plans and specifications
  • Reviews shop drawings for project coordination
  • Supports and enforces the requirements for jobsite safety
  • Completes reports as required in the Safety Manual

  • Assists in coordinating project personnel activities to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget
  • Actively mentors and trains field workforce
  • Manages self-perform production tracking
  • Assists with subcontractor production tracking
SKILLS
  • Proficient in CMiC
  • Proficient in Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
