Carpenter Foreman

PCL Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Carpenter Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of tradesmen and ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret plans and specifications to plan and schedule daily crane usage with other trades.
- Plan and install cast-in-place concrete, including layout, set elevations and grade, install PVC water stop, set anchor bolts, block-outs and erecting and stripping gang forms.
- Monitor labor productivities and plan work activities to ensure efficient project completion.
- Lead and develop teams of tradesmen, ensuring compliance with all Company Safety policies and procedures.
- Secure and put away all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each work day.
- 10+ years' experience in water/wastewater treatment plants or heavy civil construction.
- Safety certifications (OSHA) a plus.
- Good attendance record with references from previous employer(s).
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally to 50 pounds, from the ground to waist level.
- Arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, and feeling--and with good eyesight.
- Ability to navigate through the work-site on a daily basis.
