Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as needed due to weather, supply chain, delivery, or personnel changes.
  • Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and mentor employees and contractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.

  • Develop and manage project budget and quality standards for the jobsite, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license, preferred.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
