JOB SUMMARY

Hey there We're currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. As part of our team, you'll be connecting people and communities by offering top-notch telecommunication services through direct contact with potential customers. Exciting, right?

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively supports efforts to enhance the customer experience.
  • Tenacious and driven with uncapped potential rewards based on your effort.
  • Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact.
  • Conducts needs analysis with prospective customers.
  • Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork accurately and consistently to support sales activities.
  • Achieves monthly sales quotas in various product categories.
  • Completes administrative tasks related to products sold.
  • Keeps updated on competitors' activities and informs management.
  • Attends and successfully completes training programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • English language proficiency.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to formulate sales strategies based on customer needs.
  • Strong drive to succeed and sell.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and communication devices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently.

Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Success in previous sales positions.
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.

Preferred Related Work Experience

2+ years sales or relevant work experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Spends majority of time outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Minimal time in office environment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
