Responsibilities


The Senior Human Resources Business Partner assists employees and managers with policies creation, interpretation, practices and procedures; manages unemployment compensation; provide guidance with WC and ADA requests, lead HR presentations and trainings and other programs, as needed.

May be required to complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Relations, Social Work or a Human Services related field
5-7 years of employee relations experience
Healthcare experience preferred
PHR certification preferred
