Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate assigned processes to meet quality, production, and productivity goals.
- Understand and comply with the Quality System, report deficiencies, and stop operations if compromising quality.
- Prioritize daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
- Participate in safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
- Be part of the emergency response (ER) team and act as an ER entry team member.
- Set-up, operate, and monitor product transfill systems.
- Review and suggest updates to SOPs and Learning Resources.
- Complete annual personal and plant development goals.
- Perform fill calculations and record product fill data.
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment.
- Drive a culture of safety and quality daily.
- Successfully complete assigned training and cross-train peers.
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
General Requirements:
- Fitness for duty, including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
- Clean shaven with the ability to wear safety equipment.
- Positive and safety-first attitude.
- Ability to learn technical processes quickly.
- Effective communication and interaction skills.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Self-starter who can work well under pressure.
