We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and exceptionally organized candidate to work with our CFO and CEO in our San Jose, CA office.

You will be involved in many of the accounting functions and willing and able to move from project to project.


Responsibilities

  • A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, expense report, customer contract billing
  • General Ledger, month end closing
  • Revenue recognition based on IFRS ASC606
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain budget vs actual reconciliation and analysis.
  • Assist CEO on administrative tasks.
Qualifications

  • 4-year US college degree in accounting required
  • 5+ years hands on experience in corporate accounting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • US work authorization
