We are looking for a Facility Manager

This position is responsible for maintaining optimal customer relations and managing the facility efficiently. You will be reporting to ABM Branch Manager/Operations Manager.


Essential Functions:
- Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for all customer departments, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and administer the annual facility budget with assistance from Facility Managers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage work priorities and maintenance activities effectively.
- Negotiate service contracts and manage purchasing program.
- Develop and implement administrative systems.
- Provide adequate training for staff and manage employee relations.
- Participate in facility audit activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required.
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager or Real Property Administrator are desirable.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and orientation.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, building maintenance, construction, or electronics crafts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work non-standard days and hours.
