We are looking for an onsite Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is foundational, with a significant impact. Working closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in designing and executing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring compliance and structure, and maintaining momentum throughout the interview process to secure top talent efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people, company growth, and advancing their career in Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and precise scheduling of phone and onsite interviews.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to optimize the interview process.
- Ensure HR compliance by standardizing interview processes and job descriptions.
- Create and manage candidate interview guides for various roles, offering insights on the interview process and preparation tips.
- Provide feedback on interview process success to maintain timelines and feedback SLAs.
- Work with Recruiters to uphold data integrity in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Admin, or Executive Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, colleagues, and management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong drive for learning and skill development.
- Ability to work 100% onsite at the Fairfax, VA office.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a rapidly growing technical organization.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
