Senior IT Production Specialist (Remote/Contract)

Primary Purpose:

  • Lead the flow of production systems and processes to ensure smooth execution

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve complex technical issues for clients
  • Maintain and upgrade corporate systems
  • Provide client support for technical and non-technical inquiries
  • Document system functionalities and collaborate with development staff on production schedules
  • Review and update user documentation


Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned duties and support quality programs


Qualifications:


Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree preferred


Specific Experience:

  • 4 years' experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM required
  • 2 years' experience with Tidal TWA application preferred
  • Knowledge of AIX, Linux Server, SFTP Server, Unix scripting, and customer service in claims management or insurance environment

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM, Tidal TWA, Progress Messageway
  • UNIX/Linux and SFTP/FTP server administration
  • Ability to work with defined SLAs and SQL queries
  • Knowledge of file encryption software and effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance competencies
