The Job:

  • Lead Aerospace Engineer - New Product Development position, requiring experience in implementing hydraulic product design and testing in a plant setting.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and improve products throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead efforts to address design, inspection, manufacturing, and testing issues.
  • Organize and oversee multiple projects, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Create and maintain design standards and technical documents.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to colleagues.
  • Ensure design standardization and adherence to engineering processes.
  • Participate in cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.

  • Desired Skills And Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Minimum five years of Mechanical and Project Engineering experience in aerospace, hydraulic, or vehicle industry.
  • Minimum two years of experience in hydraulic product design and testing.
