Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize standard engineering practices to design, develop, and refine manufacturing and production processes aimed at the efficient creation of aerospace products.
  • Integrate design specifications into operational processes through thorough research and development of manufacturing techniques, tools, and systems to ensure product quality.
  • Lead the planning and creation of engineering documentation to facilitate the transformation of raw materials into finished products that meet design and system criteria.
  • Provide technical guidance to design engineers regarding specifications that optimize equipment and manufacturing methodologies, ensuring compliance with contract standards and regulations.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A completed internship with Blue Origin.
  • Enrollment or recent graduation from a college or university.
  • A B.S. degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively on fast-paced development projects.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal residency status.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, materials science, or aerospace engineering is desirable.
