Requirements for Call Center Position:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center
  • Customer service background

Responsibilities of the Call Center Role:

  • Verify insurance coverage for potential and new clients
  • Re-verify insurance coverage for existing patients, answering inquiries about benefits, coverage, and payments

  • Provide information on coverage, benefits, billing, and payments
