Compensation:

Position Summary:
Falck is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support the US Commercial Team. The Marketing Project Manager will lead marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and aligned with business goals. They will work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timeline, monitor progress, resolve issues, and report outcomes. This position will require occasional travel to other locations.

Responsibilities:
Marketing/Social Media

  • Interface and direct contact with internal Falck stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
  • Manage website and ensure compliance with global standards and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation, development, review, approval, and moderation of national and operation-specific social media content.
  • Ensure compliance with global communications policy and guidelines.
  • Co-create and launch strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and present digital marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to develop and implement employee initiatives.
  • Support collection and aggregation of activities to enhance internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in keeping and maintaining effective communication with emergency medical service (EMS) agencies, Government, and elected officials.
  • Help prepare internal and external communications, both verbal and written while maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist with request for proposal (RFP) preparation and response writing.
  • Adapt/update project plans and supporting materials based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout project life cycles.

Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Creative mindset with project management awareness.
Strong time management and high organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Good Spanish language skills (desirable).
