Job Summary

The Project Manager, Operations oversees the implementation of strategic operational plans, including goals for existing and new program growth, clinical and operational excellence, and financial stewardship for all assigned areas of responsibility.

Through an emphasis on quality, efficiency and best practices, the Operations Project Manager will ensure programs are delivered with a "best of class" culture within an accountable, effective organization.

This individual serves as a key member to Support Operations initiatives within the division.

Additionally, the individual is responsible for compiling and presenting information, and reporting findings, issues, and outcomes to the Vice President of Operations.

Pay Range
Minimum $97,869 Midpoint $129,693 Maximum $161,517


Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required:
Minimum two years of progressive experience in program management, project planning and activities. Two years of progressive experience in operations in healthcare.

Preferred:
Seven (7)+ years Project Management experience, and two (2)+ years Supervisory experience.

Education

Required:
Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:
Master's Degree.

Training

Required:
None required.

Specialized Skills

Required:
Effective leadership, project management, and process improvement skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Visio; Ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.

Ability to conduct project related data gathering and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Able to think critically; work independently; manage multiple assignments; compose written material; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail.

Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate with other team members.

Licensure

Required:
None required.

Preferred:
Project Management (PMP).

Work Environments - Functional Demand:
Sedentary - Very light energy level Lift 10 lbs. box overhead. Lift and carry 15 lbs. Push/pull 20 lbs. cart.
