Responsibilities

  • Address customer service-related matters to achieve high satisfaction survey results.
  • Assist with inbound phone line and route calls.
  • Serve as the "first face" of the company, answering calls and interacting with visitors professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, lobby, and conference room organization.
  • Request pre-move survey information from origin agent within one week of load date.
  • Manage the Preapprovals dashboard and Pending Preapproval report in EasyDPS.
  • Request and send the GBL to the origin agent 5 days before shipment loading.
  • Manage the Customer Support Inbox and sort emails appropriately.
  • Monitor and update the GBL Corrections dashboard, forwarding corrections as needed.
  • Handle EasyDPS PPSO & Member alerts.
  • Manage the SIT @ Origin report and contact the origin base for shipment termination.
  • Verify audits with the OS team.
  • Manage claim traces and follow up with Operations.
  • Submit preapprovals for direct delivery shipments, origin mini-stg, extra pick-up, and bulky preapprovals.
  • Handle CCA Mast Blast notifications.
  • Assist Destination Services by managing the Long Delivery out of SIT report.
  • Manage the weekly Reweigh Review report and Atlas pre-move survey requests.
  • Assist with incoming calls on the main Phone Queue.
  • Resolve agent or base inquiries and problems, escalating as necessary.
  • Organize and send CSS follow-up letters.
  • Assist DA Services with setting up debris removals.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
