About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Conviva Care Centers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
  • Manage front-desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize computer-based practice management software to perform administrative tasks
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
  • Knowledge of MS Office and practice management software
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish proficiency
  • Experience with EMR systems such as E-Clinical Works, Epic, Athena Health, and/or NextGen
