Job Summary:
- We are seeking a well-organized, driven, and detail-oriented AR Operations Analyst to join the Accounting team. The Analyst will play a crucial role in overseeing daily tasks for the Accounts Receivable division of the Accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and promptly address customer inquiries in the AR Inbox, including:
- Payment requests via Credit Card
- Requests for invoice duplicates
- Requests for supporting documentation for invoices
- Outstanding account balances
- Updates to contact details like primary billing contact
- Sending reminder emails to delinquent accounts
- Engage with payers and payment platforms for transaction investigations
- Process invoices through external payment platforms
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of an AA Degree in Accounting or similar field
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Capacity to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting while efficiently managing workloads
- Ability to forecast work requirements and execute with minimal guidance
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and process enhancement capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and system operations; familiarity with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is advantageous
