Job Description:
$30-$37/HR to start
2-year assignment (with potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget).
Main responsibilities include:
Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED is required.
1-5 years in commercial construction project management is required:
Commercial Construction experience with capital projects ranging between $100,000 - $1 million
Experience gathering quotes, estimates, and sourcing sub-contractors for construction projects
Experience tracking/meeting budgets and ability to present and communicate project scopes to leadership and stakeholders
Ability to coordinate and work cross functionally with internal/external stake holder to ensure projects are completed on time
PMP Certification is a plus
Experience ensuring quality control and adhering to compliance requirements is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
