What you'll do:

  • Collaborate independently with business and technical resources to prepare reports and present findings on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
    • Work with Quest Analytic Suite software for network management and adequacy reporting.
    • Utilize SQL to pull provider information for various projects.
  • Advise on potential application modifications, enhancements, smoke testing, patching, or business process changes as appropriate
    • You'll also advise business and technical counterparts regarding current system functionality as well as potential roadmap considerations.
  • Provide feedback on new rules/ policies created by CMS and the state and their impact on provider data, directory, and network adequacy.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure knowledge sharing of best technical and analytic practices.
  • Serves as a go-to for leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization to craft creative analytic approaches to practical business issues.
  • Manage the needs of various stakeholders in projects. This would include designing communication processes, project timelines and formal presentations.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years' experience working in healthcare with mainframe, client server, cloud, or enterprise applications in the areas of requirements gathering, requirements definition and analysis, and business analysis, or other general system support tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business and management, human resources, information systems, computer science, or another related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Quest Analytics Suite.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, JavaScripts, Visual Basic, XML, SSIS, LINQ, HTML, CSS, Excel, MS Access, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in person and virtually) and comfortability communicating with upper level management and executive leadership.
