- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and payment processing
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and assist with inside sales activities
