Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and payment processing
  • Assist with customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
