Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the VP of Recruiting and Retention.

Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can be a hybrid position working out of either our North Little Rock or Springdale Offices.

What our Recruiter will do:

  • Develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit, and select highly qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Coordinate with the hiring manager to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through multiple resources including job boards, social media, career websites, professional organizations and other possible channels.
  • Review applicants based on position requirements and set up initial screening calls with qualified candidates.
  • Screen candidates through phone calls and video interviews using Zoom and Microsoft TEAMS
  • Arrange in-person or video interviews with hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates through multiple resources including job boards, social media, career websites, professional organizations and other possible channels.
  • Foster relationships at Colleges and Universities and within supported communities.
What we look for in a Recruiter:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn applicant tracking system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities and organize workload
  • Ability to analyze information and manage processes.
  • Problem- solving mindset
Preferred experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with UKG Pro applicant tracking system
  • PHR or SHRM- CP
