  • Reduce outstanding accounts receivable by efficiently managing claims inventory

  • Collect information from various sources such as patients, family members, clinical areas, and payors through in-person interactions and telephone inquiries to register patients, update details, obtain referrals, and complete necessary paperwork
  • Record, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information accurately
  • Manage data input and retrieval using computerized systems, generate reports, and ensure information accuracy

SKILLS:

  • Essential experience in insurance and benefits
  • Proficiency in handling appeals and denials
  • Knowledge in areas like claims processing, medical billing, health insurance, insurance follow-up, and accounts receivable is advantageous
