Job Summary:


Are you ready to take on the role of Plating Manager at Positronic? As the Plating Manager, you will oversee and coordinate production activities in Plating and Mass Finishing to ensure seamless manufacturing processes within an industrial setup. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international quality standards and implementing efficient process control systems.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Must possess knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Root cause analysis.
  • Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
  • Develop and implement cost analysis methods.
  • Plan and prioritize production operations.
  • Review production reports and resolve operational challenges.
  • Establish and monitor standard operational practices.
  • Provide technical expertise in relevant fields.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with EHS and Quality departments for adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Perform training needs analysis and implement necessary training programs.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Physical: Ability to perform various physical tasks.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in English Language, mechanical concepts, and public safety and security measures.
  • Skills: Active listening, attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, and time management.
  • Abilities: Deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, and effective communication.
