As a Microbiology Laboratory Technician (Part Time) in Springfield, your responsibilities will include:
Objective: Prepare specimens for analysis and maintain accurate records to support testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine plates and tubes to assess the quantity of microorganisms present in samples.
- Document results for future validation.
- Pipette sample solutions for further processing.
- Prepare specimens for evaluation by documenting and mixing.
- Collect and incubate plates under specified conditions.
- Prepare culture media and broths for pathogen examination.
- Sterilize equipment and conduct analytical tests.
- Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
