As an Assistant General Manager, you will contribute your input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to gain frontline business insights and enhance the store's performance. You will play a vital role in shaping and executing store strategies to establish trust with clients and associates to drive revenue.
To excel in this role, you must lead with integrity, collaborate effectively, be intellectually curious, strategic, navigate through ambiguity and change, and be results-oriented. You will work closely with the General Manager, overseeing end-to-end store management including labor and supply budget.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience in similar retail management field
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and motivate
- Experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations
- Proficiency in Retail Systems and Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexible availability including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) considered a strong asset
The selected candidate will receive an annual salary ranging from $63,000.00 to $70,000.00, with potential bonus or commission benefits. You'll also enjoy comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, various leave programs, employee perks, and retirement plans with contributions.
