The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to join our IT Team to support Gate City Casino and the Sheraton Nashua hotel in Nashua, NH. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will provide efficient IT service, application implementation, and problem resolution to ensure the needs of the properties and business are met. This position requires a flexible schedule to be available during application installs as evening over, and weekend hours will be needed during these times.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities Assist the team in determining business and subsidiary standards.
Assess application and operational needs working with the business relationship management team.
Work with the project team to ensure all implementation elements are reviewed.
Identify property interfaces and data requirements.
Educate business owners and system users of features.
Develop a training outline and training plan.
Prepare process documents and materials for the support team.
Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of relevant work, leadership experience, and experience in the implementation, installation, and maintenance of information technology systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, communication and organizational skills, customer focus skills, and exposure to Information Security.
Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Office 365 and Productivity Suite.
Experience in documentation, training, and project management.
Preferred - a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
This position requires a flexible schedule to be available during application installs during evenings, overnights and weekend hours.
