- Ensuring accuracy of part attributes in the SAP Material Master data
- Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information for the SAP Material Master data
- Providing periodic reports on Material Master content, accuracy, and completeness
- Resolving any issues related to data accuracy or completeness
- Conducting periodic updates to the SAP Material Master data
- Adhering to the designated workflow process for updates to the SAP Material Master
- Preparing and organizing the upload of initial spare parts lists for Projects
- Performing other assigned duties

Qualifications:

- Required: High school diploma/GED; Preferred: Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or purchasing
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, or supply chain processes
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite, SAP, and Coupa procurement systems
- Ability to work in a team environment with changing assignments and priorities
- Availability for daily office attendance, occasional nights and weekend work, and periodic domestic USA travel
