Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) - PACU (Surgical Services)



Job Summary:


- Utilize organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
- Determine priorities for patient care
- Implement clinical interventions for critical patients
- Develop and execute patient care plans
- Create a safe and therapeutic environment

Essential Functions:


- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Conduct patient assessments
- Assist surgical team and ensure patient safety
- Manage nursing care within the OR
- Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
- Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:


Education:
Graduate of an accredited Associates or Bachelors in Nursing

Certifications:
- Current RN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- CNOR and SGNA certifications preferred

Experience:
- Two years of RN experience in Critical Care preferred
- Completion of OR internship program preferred

Training:
- Successful completion of Peri-op 101 preferred
