Sienna School of Music is a fast-growing music school located on Highway 6 in Missouri City, TX. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager for our newest location. No music experience is required.

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for welcoming families to the school in the lobby, answering questions, giving tours, and coordinating many administrative tasks at the front desk that keep the school running smoothly.

$19.00 an hour to start plus regular bonuses for meeting goals.

Must have reliable transportation.

No music experience required.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

After training you will be working:

  • Three to four weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3pm-8pm) and
  • Three Saturdays per month (10am3pm)

JOB DUTIES:

Answering phones: We're looking for a GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement that comes through to our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio or a podcast
- we are looking for you

Great memory:An ability to remember people's names and a lot of details is a must.

An ability to sell yourself as well as our services: We're looking for someone with a great personality who is a true people person. If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone and in-person to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.

Registering clients and processing enrollment:

Cleaning:End of day housekeeping

Communicating:You will be communicating with teachers, staff, and clients

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

Restaurant, Hospitality, Phone customer support, Bank teller, Retail, Medical office.

Any position that is
fast paced with a lot of
interaction with the public.
Some management experience is a plus but not required.
