About the Company: Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to offering children and families the necessary behavioral therapy services for success. They are a not-for-profit organization focused on serving children in rural and low-income areas across Kansas.


Job Description:


IBT is currently seeking multiple Behavior Technicians in the Arkansas City, KS area.


  • Intensive Individualized Support (IIS): IIS providers work one-on-one with children or adolescents to carry out various interventions as specified in the treatment plan. They must collect data, implement behavioral interventions, and communicate effectively with the treatment team. High school diploma required.
  • Tutor (RBT credentialed): Tutors work one-on-one with children or adolescents to implement interventions outlined in the treatment plan. They must have 40 hours of training in applied behavior analysis and hold a current RBT credential.

This role offers valuable experience working with individuals on motor, communication, behavior, and self-help skills.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess valid ID, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Pass required criminal background checks
  • Obtain the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential within 3 months
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends

Suggested Majors: Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education


Minimum Requirements:


  • College educated and degree-seeking
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • RBT credential required

Responsibilities:


Employees are expected to act professionally, engage in ongoing professional development, conduct interventions as per treatment plans, and follow specified protocols. They must stay informed about clients' programs and communicate effectively with the team.
