- Conduct Patient Safety Rounds: Perform regular safety checks to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Facilitate Patient Activities: Assist patients with daily activities, such as exercise groups and other therapeutic measures, to promote relaxation and comfort.
- Monitor Patient Behavior: Recognize and report any changes in patient behavior or safety concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Document Patient Care: Complete required documentation, forms, and reports in accordance with hospital policies.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the unit is clean, safe, and orderly, and assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations and initiate emergency response plans as necessary.
- Education: High School Graduate
- Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Heartsaver (BLS HS) - American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 Days
