Position Overview:

R&R Collaborative Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with executing tailored treatment strategies developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assist clients in reaching their objectives across various domains, including daily living capabilities, communication proficiency, and social interaction skills. Your work will be conducted under the guidance of a BCBA, collaborating closely with supervisors and family members to ensure optimal support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the intake and assessment processes
  • Implement personalized treatment strategies for clients
  • Utilize research-backed therapeutic techniques
  • Keep precise records and documentation
  • Conduct wellness evaluations
  • Comply with organizational and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, or a related discipline (Preferred)
  • Completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician Training or possession of a current RBT certification
  • Experience in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Current BLS and CPR certifications (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
