In this position, you'll be crucial in expanding our business for light industrial and clerical staff at our Branch in Phoenix.

You'll be working onsite at our Branch office – this won't be a remote gig.

What you'll be doing:

  • Schedule sales meetings with key decision-makers at potential client organizations
  • Promote Integrity Staffing services to businesses located within a 20-mile radius of our Phoenix Branch
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through cold calling and networking efforts
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure client contentment
  • Nurture relationships and establish lasting connections with clients throughout the sales process and account management
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing and communication strategies to enhance consumer engagement and brand recognition for Integrity Staffing

Your qualifications:

  • Interest in B2B and service-oriented sales
  • Demonstrated capability to meet sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Willingness to travel locally to visit clients 50-75% of the time
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing persona with a knack for building relationships, especially with business proprietors
  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
  • Driven individual – we seek someone who always aims for the best
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of background screening and drug testing
