Key Responsibilities and Duties Work with small teams including product owners, software engineers, data science, research, content strategy and other product designers to architect, design, build, and test capabilities in the spirit of continuously improving our user experiences. Work collaboratively with others to design and build together, approaching the work with an entrepreneurial mindset that sees opportunity to drive improvement. Design with a passion for identifying a problem and take a hands-on approach towards collaboratively solving it. Design user-centered experiences by utilizing best practices that include conceptual diagrams and sketches, wireframes, visual mockups, and animated flows to communicate your ideas. Make data-informed decisions, utilizing market analysis, user feedback, user psychology, and usability findings to iteratively evolve your designs. Preferred Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of UX design experience Strong and demonstrated background in: enterprise experience design; consumer product design; mobile platform design in an agile delivery model Strong and demonstrated proficiency in: Figma, InVision, and Miro Demonstrated experience designing and contributing to a design system across an enterprise with an openness to partner and collaborate Adopts a self-starter mindset who is well organized, eager to be innovative, and possesses a strong 'test and learn' mentality

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $88,400/yr. - $123,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
