Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead content analysis activities to understand business needs and develop instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to gather knowledge and design efficient learning solutions.
  • Develop a range of instructional materials, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.
  • Ensure design consistency and alignment with our strategy and brand.
  • Apply tested instructional design theories and methods to maximize information retention and knowledge transfer.
  • Manage project timelines and drive initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing business needs.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all curricula through successful review processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-10+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • Understanding of instructional design theories and models, such as ADDIE.
  • Experience using design and development software, such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and BioDigital.
  • Experience publishing eLearning content to conform to SCORM standards.
