Join our team as a Deal Operations Analyst where you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our quote-to-contract processes and systems. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams and contribute significantly to our enterprise selling strategies in the Digital Experience and Digital Media domains.



What you'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members facing issues or needing guidance on quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide prompt resolutions or escalate complex problems to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain records of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to enable self-service support and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Assist in system administration tasks including user management, permission settings, and configuration updates.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and self-directed learning activities to enhance your expertise in Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and related technologies.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in a business process analyst role or similar position, with a solid grasp of quote-to-contract operations, Salesforce, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, offer solutions, and lead projects to successful completion in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Wiki and JIRA or similar bug management tools.
  • Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
