What You'll Do
Utilize your proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets to drive growth in your assigned territory.

Develop and execute a comprehensive lead acquisition plan for the healthcare industry, leveraging your deep understanding of the market and our digital transformation solutions.

Build and manage an effective pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Manage complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, with a typical duration of 9-12 months.
Negotiate enterprise-level contractual agreements that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's goals and values.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Close business with new clients, ensuring a seamless handover to our client and account management team for delivery.

Support our client and account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

Regularly report on your sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards meeting our company's sales goals.
Requirements
Must be local to Nashville, TN with contacts in the Nashville Healthcare Community.
Must have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Must have at least 5 years sales experience in healthcare information technology and enterprise software.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be working closely with high level executives, clients, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Experience creating and presenting targeted content, building value stories, ROIs, and business cases.
Accountable and quota driven.
Self-motivated team player with excellent time management skills.
Expertise in advanced sales questioning and methodologies.
