As the Continuous Improvement Associate at Lyra, your responsibilities encompass various tasks, including:
- Developing and executing CI strategies across all operational domains.
- Assessing financial and operational data, both qualitative and quantitative, to gauge performance levels, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and evaluate alteration impacts.
- Establishing value-added connections, carrying out forecasting and modeling exercises, and upholding KPI reporting.
- Assisting management in project execution and refining or creating processes throughout the organization.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all tiers, including senior management, to cultivate support for new initiatives.
- Generating instructional and informational resources to bolster continuous improvement endeavors.
- Conducting formal and informal training sessions for departmental heads regarding CI undertakings.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in continuous improvement and change management, advanced Excel proficiency and expertise in data analysis, and outstanding interpersonal and communication competencies. The individual should demonstrate the ability to derive actionable insights from intricate datasets, have project management experience, and excel in leading multifunctional teams. A financial background and critical thinking skills are advantageous, along with exposure to performance consulting or project management and the capability to convey measurable outcomes to a varied audience.
