The Controls Engineer Manager will develop and focus on a team strategy and goals for the projects that are assigned.
The team leader/manger will recruit, hire, and train other engineers in order to accomplish the tasks. Guiding the team to develop hardware, software, and programming standards will be a must to be successful. The candidate will need a keen sense of identifying future proofing and controls initiatives work with.The Controls Engineer manager will service clients internationally and domestically throughout the year as an integral part of the role/customer solution.
Keys for success in the position include:
Bachelor's degree in electrical and or instrumentation desired
Experience with RsLogix5000 and Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs
CAD experience with electrical panel layout
U.S. Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required for consideration
