Bio-Techne's Molecular Diagnostics Division, which is comprised of the Asuragen and Exosome Diagnostics brands, develops molecular assays and software solutions that broaden access to care, answer unmet needs, and improve health outcomes through novel reagent systems and an industry-leading exosome enrichment technology for liquid biopsies.


This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance to support the day-to-day operations of the Business Development, CLIA, and R&D business units.

Essential to this role is an ability to leverage ERP system experience for shipping and receiving.

What You'll Do

  • Unload merchandise from carriers and check condition of goods.
  • Receive merchandise in ERP system and validate accuracy of the packing slips to the purchase order.
  • Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment, which may involve dry ice/gel packs.
  • Enter shipping/receiving information into the ERP system.
  • Deliver merchandise to the proper area or requestor while following proper quality and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
  • Adhere to laws, regulations, and Exosome Dx policies and procedures.
  • Maintain physical condition of shipping/receiving area by ensuring that high standards of housekeeping are achieved throughout shipping, receiving, and inventory areas.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by managing a successful cycle count program.
  • Maintain stockroom inventory supply through the analysis of consumption, reorder points, and order quantities.
  • Knowledge of the processes and safety compliance documents for handling stockroom activities (SDS, storage equipment maintenance, Kanban system, etc).
  • Ability to manage time, resolve challenges, and make decisions independently and effectively.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to a pallet jack.
  • Knowledge and ability to handle chemical inventory.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
