About Small Formats

Small Formats ensure that products are in stock, priced accurately, and readily available for our guests in our compact stores. This team excels in service, operations, processes, and efficiency.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will:

  • Gain knowledge about guest service fundamentals and contribute to building a customer-first culture throughout the store
  • Acquire experience in retail business basics such as sales trends, pricing strategies, inventory management, and process enhancement
  • Support daily tasks to align with business priorities and meet sales targets

Key responsibilities of a Small Format Team Member include:

  • Assisting guests while completing tasks with minimal disruption
  • Ensuring all departments are well-stocked, organized, and easily accessible for guests
  • Stocking products on the sales floor
  • Executing changes, transitions, and sales plans for various departments
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through audits and system checks
  • Providing cashiering and other guest services as needed
  • Operating equipment and maintaining a well-organized backroom
  • Prioritizing tasks with attention to detail and delivering excellent guest service
  • Upholding ethical standards, safety measures, and compliance regulations
  • Performing other duties as required

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
