- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking, facing, and maintaining store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Support the execution of sales plans, promotions, and events, and maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and company policies.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time to meet productivity and sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced retail environment.
